Bee pollen is  pollen from flowers that is collected from bees as they enter the hive. Pollen granules stick to the bees' legs and other body parts as they help themselves to nectar (the precursor of honey) inside the flowers.

Bee pollen contains flavonoid constituents that have powerful antioxidant properties. The most predominant compounds in bee pollen are flavonoid glycosides, primarily rutin, quercetin, myricetin, and trans-cinnamic acid.
Bee pollen is also a potent source of energising nutrition. It contains 18 amino acids, DNA & RNA, vitamins A, B1, B2, niacin, B6, B12, pantothenic acid, folic acid, C, D, E & K, choline, inositol, rutin & other bioflavonoids, calcium, magnesium, iron & zinc, 10 types of enzymes, coenzymes, and many other nutritional factors.
Take bee pollen to improve nutrient levels and to boost energy and the immune system.

Suggested Use: Start with just a quarter of a teaspoon a day and slowly increase to one or more teaspoons a day. Mix into cereals, smoothies etc., but don't cook it. One teaspoon holds about 3g (3,000mg) of bee pollen.

Caution: Bee products may cause an allergic reaction in some people. Discontinue use if this occurs. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.
