Life Flora™ Probiotic
The friendly bacteria in Life Flora ™ Acidophilus/Bifidus Complex help to support good colon health by boosting the digestive ecology to favour beneficial microflora. Friendly bacteria in our gut perform many important functions such as supporting immune defence, aiding digestion, keeping pathogens at bay and producing nutrients (including vitamins K, B12 and biotin).
Directions: Take one capsule with meals three times daily for 4 or 5 days, then once daily.
Ingredients: 1 capsule supplies 300mg Life Flora Mix (approx. 3 Billion viable cells), containing: Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus paracasei, and Streptococcus thermophilus. Maltodextrin.
Note for vegetarians: capsule contains gelatine.
