How to Buy

Choose whichever method you prefer:

Order online.
Use our online catalogue to select the items you want and proceed to the checkout. Make sure you enter your home address during registration. You can specify a different delivery address later.

Our store sends out automated emails to confirm your registration details and any orders you place.
Important note: Some Internet Service Providers treat these as "spam" and may filter them out. We find that customers with @ntlworld.com and @tesco.net email addresses are particularly affected.

By post.
Send your order, including the delivery address to:

Enclose a postal order or cheque (payable to NUTRITION GATEWAY). Cheques take about 5 working days to clear.

Remember that all our prices include delivery to an UK address. We do mail to other EU countries - just call us for a delivery price.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of placing it, you should check if it is being held at your local Royal mail delivery office. You must inform us within 30 days of order if your package is damaged in transit, or does not arrive at all. Proofs of mailing are only held for 30 days, so we cannot accept a claim after this time.
