This page explains the general terms and conditions you are agreeing to when you use the Good4You website - good4you.co.uk (“the site”) or make a purchase from the Good4You online store. Please take time to read these points carefully:
1. SCOPE OF SITE
The information and products on the site are directed solely at individuals who access the site from within the United Kingdom. Good4You makes no representation that any product referred to in the site is appropriate for use, or available, in any other countries. Those who choose to access this site from other countries are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
3. SITE CONTENT
We have taken every reasonable care in the preparation of the content of the site. However we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the site and so cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Good4You disclaims all warranties; express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on the site and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access to the site.

Good4You shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on the site.
The exclusions of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Good4You or any of its employees or agents.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
7. CHANGES TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Good4You reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this Website.
8. COPYRIGHT
Any brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used in this site may be trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by Good4You for their use by any person other than such holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this Website are the copyright of Good4You or its content providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Good4You’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. PAYMENT and DELIVERY
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be accepted in Sterling only. We will validate any credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order is accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to the address you provide in your registration/order form. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may also submit your personal and order details to HSBC Bank plc (the provider of our Card Processing facility) and your credit or charge card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. This information may be retained by HSBC Bank plc for future validation enquires by other companies. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses. Transactions will show on you card statement as payments to NUTRITION GATEWAY LTD.
If you do not want to make card payments via the internet you may order and pay for goods over the telephone by calling 01691 772 407. Alternatively, you may post your order to the address below. Please make your cheque payable to NUTRITION GATEWAY LTD.
We try to despatch your goods the same or next working day. This means that you should receive the goods 1 - 3 working days after placing your order. We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you may be offered an alternative product, partial shipment or cancellation of the entire order, at your choice.
Once we post or ship your order it becomes your responsibility to ensure that the package can be delivered. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of placing it, you should check if it is being held at your local Royal mail delivery office. You must inform us within 30 days of order if your package is damaged in transit, or does not arrive at all. Proofs of mailing are only held for 30 days, so we cannot accept a claim after this time.
There may be times (for example, during holiday shutdown of our warehouse) when the despatch service is disrupted. In such cases a message to this effect will be clearly stated on the site.
10. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident about shopping with Good4You. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will do our best to put the matter right.
If the goods are faulty or do not comply with the contract between us, we'll also refund the cost of your return postage; otherwise we do not pay the postage costs associated with returning an order. The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to return any order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving them. You must look after the goods and return them to us, unopened and in good condition. Items may be returned after 7 days at the discetion on the Company and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
If items are returned to us because they could not be delivered to the address provided we will refund the value of your purchase, less a 20% restocking charge.
NOTE: Some products (e.g. electrical appliances) may carry longer, manufacturers' warranties. If so, we'll tell you in the detailed description of the product.
11. PRICES
Good4You has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices are in Sterling, include VAT where appropriate and delivery within the United Kingdom. Promotions and prices you see in Good4You advertising and marketing material may not apply to the good4you.co.uk online store, and vice versa. The basis and duration of any promotion or special offer will be clearly stated in the “More Details” page associated with the product.
12. LIMITATIONS TO INFORMATION GIVEN
Good4You provides general information on a wide range of health and nutrition related topics, but does not purport to contain comprehensive information about any disease, deficiency or medical condition. Information provided on this website should not be construed as medical advice or as an aid to diagnosis. 13. PRIVACY POLICY
You are welcome to browse our site without revealing any information about yourself.
The information that we gather when you make a purchase is solely for the purpose of executing your instructions and will not be revealed to any other persons or organisations.
If you pay for goods via our secure e-payment service, provided by HSBC Bank plc, we do not see your credit/debit card details.
Occasionally, we may want to inform you of warehouse downtimes, new products, special offers etc. If you do not wish to receive this information, just let us know by using the "Contact" page.
14. IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTE
You should always ensure that it is safe to start using any new product if you are already taking or using a medicine, remedy or other supplement.
